We stayed in a hotel during our city trip. the room was comfortable for two people and the restaurant food was good. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with it being close to key tourist attractions.
We were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom and the quality of the complementary breakfast. the bathroom needed better cleaning and the breakfast was disappointing.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and had a good time. The hotel was conveniently located near popular local attractions and restaurants. The staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was big and cosy. We appreciated the in-room coffee maker and mini fridge, which were nice little touches.
The bathroom was not properly cleaned, with dirty toilet and sink, which was quite unpleasant. , the room floor was visibly dirty and had not been mopped.

Our stay at Hotel Crown Plaza was pleasant and comfortable. The location was convenient, and the room provided ample space for two people.
